Once your order has shipped, you can track your order through our unique tracking system “Easy Track My Order”. Check out our fantastic current promotions that can include free shipping for any value of the ordered goods.

FAQ

The Penal order and shipment confirmation emails are automatically sent once the order has been completed or the package has been shipped.  The shipping confirmation email we send you with tracking info.

These confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided at the time the order was placed.

Once your order has shipped, you can track your order through our unique tracking system “Easy Track My Order”.

Tracking information normally takes 24-48 hours to update in carrier systems.  Feel free to reach out to a customer service agent with any difficulty in tracking your order.

 

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 7 business days. Most items arrive in 10-20 business days (starting from shipped out date), but some may take longer depending on time of year, products ordered and so on. Any questions just contact us.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or change your order once it has been placed as it is our goal to pick-and-pack orders ASAP to ensure they ship out as quickly as possible.

 

You can edit your delivery address at any time before shipping. Please contact us ASAP so we can fix this issue before your order ships. Just send us your order number and new shipping address to office@thepenal.com

Delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.

However, once a shipment is released, the delivery address can not be modified.
